Where and how can I make a reservation?
Reservations are only possible in a table, at least 8 to a maximum of 10 persons. You can make your reservation on our website. To do so, simply click on the link below:

02. Where can I find the current reservation prices?

The prices for the next Oktoberfest are always available from June.

03. May I remain in my seat once my reserved time slot has come to an end?

Unfortunately not. You are requested to vacate your seat once your reserved time slot has ended to make way for the next set of guests. Due to fire protection regulations we kindly ask you to not remain in the aisles.


04. I have made requests for several dates but have not received offers for all of them. Should I enquire about the missing offers?

We only send out offers for reservations that we can accommodate. If you have not received an offer for a certain reservation, please assume that we are unable to provide you with these seats.


05. Is it possible to cancel a reservation that has already been paid for?

In general, cancellations are only possible when made in writing no later than 30th June. After June 30th we claim a cancellation fee. A redemption of vouchers already issued is not acceptable. When cancelling a reservation that has already been paid for, we require your bank account number so that we can refund your payment.


06. Is it possible for me to request to be seated in a certain area when making a reservation?

You are welcome to let us know where you would like to be seated. Where possible, we always take your wishes into account. If we are unable to do so, another area will automatically be offered to you.


07. How do I find out where my reserved seats are?

On the day of your reservation, you can find out your service area for that day from our notice boards at the entrances, or from our hostesses and the security staff in the office corridor.


08. What happens if my guests and I are unable to occupy our seats on time?

The seats can be kept for you for a maximum of 15 minutes following the time stated on your reservation. After this time, they will be made available to other guests.


09. How can I pay for my reservation?

The minimum spend required for your reservation must be paid by bank transfer. Any other payments may be made in cash or using an Maestro giro card.
We are unable to accept credit cards.


10. When can I make a reservation for the next festival?

With the end of this year’s festival, we will gladly accept your reservation requests for the following year.
