AND HOW THEY WORK
Starting in December, reservation requests can be made in the office of Festhalle Schottenhamel OHG at Nymphenburger Str. 139, 80636 Munich, by completing the online form at http://festhalle-schottenhamel.de, by email to email@example.com or by fax to +49 (0)89 54469319.
Reservation requests will be taken for entire tables only. Table location requests will be taken into consideration whenever possible.
Reservations are valid solely for the purchaser and their guests. You will receive admittance bands during popular, high-attendance times. Passing the reservation or admittance bands on to a third party is not allowed and will result in a cancellation of the reservation without compensation.
With a reservation, a minimum purchase per person is required. You can find our prices and the opening hours for the voucher sale on our website,
www.festhalle-schottenhamel.de, starting in June. Generally, the value in € on the vouchers is valid for all the dishes and drinks on our menu.
Invoicing starts from June. The invoiced amount is to be paid within 14 days of the date on the invoice. Reservations for which payments have not been made on time will be considered invalid and automatically deleted.
Reserved seats are to be occupied in full at the time when the reservation starts. In the event of a late arrival, there is no entitlement to the seats despite purchased vouchers. Unoccupied seats must be given up. Entitlement to the seats is forfeited should the entire party leave the table, even if the reserved time is not yet over.
A cancellation of or reduction (by full tables only) in the reservation is free of charge until 30 June and must be done in written form. Cancellations/reductions made after 1 July will result in a cancellation charge of up to 15% of the invoiced amount.
It is not possible to return vouchers.
If, at the time of the reservation, the operation of the festival tent is entirely or partly impossible due to an official order, security considerations, force majeure or other good cause, the vouchers purchased on the occasion of the reservation will be refunded upon return. Any further claims against Festhalle Schottenhamel OHG or the Oktoberfest landlords are excluded in the above-mentioned cases.
Following receipt of payment, the vouchers must be collected in the city office, exclusively on Mondays, starting from the second Monday in July until the penultimate Monday before the beginning of Oktoberfest. Alternatively, and to avoid waiting times, we offer a courier delivery service. A flat rate is calculated for this service.
The vouchers will not be exchanged against a delivery note.
The purchased vouchers are valid exclusively for the duration of the respective Oktoberfest. It is not possible to receive a reimbursement for remaining amounts on vouchers or unused vouchers.
Voucher payments or payments made in the festival hall can be made in the festival tent office in cash or with an EC card in combination with an official photo ID. Credit cards will not be accepted.
Place of jurisdiction, as far as compatible, is Munich.
